INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg. turkey
  • 500 gr pork bones
  • 250 gr bacon
  • 500 gr chickpeas
  • 1 kg small potatoes
  • celery
  • saffron
  • salt

PREPARATION

 - Leave the chickpeas to soak the night before.

 - Boil them for an hour and then add the pork bones, bacon and turkey meat.

 - After one more hour boiling, add the potatoes, celery, saffron and the remaining ingredients.

 - Serve after 3 hours of simmer.
