SOUPY CUTTLEFISH RICE

Arroz caldoso

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gr. of rice
  • 500 gr. of cuttlefish
  • one red pepper
  • 100 gr. of broad green beans
  • 100 gr. of peas
  • 100 gr. of sugared beans
  • 100 gr. of potatoes
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • tomato
  • one "ñora" (spicy red pepper)
  • salt

 PREPARATION

- Sauté the finely chopped tomato, garlic and parsley with the "ñora" in olive oil.

- Add all chopped vegetables to the pan and incorporate the cuttlefish thoroughly cleaned.

- Sauté everything for a little while and add the rice.

- Finally, add two liters of water, a pinch of salt and simmer for 22 minutes.
