MATASUEGRAS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 120 gr of cornstarch
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 250 gr of sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon' s peeled skin
  • 3 eggs
  • María biscuits
  • olive oil

PREPARATION:

- Fill up and place aside a glass of milk adding cinnamon and lemon skin and boil the rest.

- Beat up the eggs adding the glass of milk, the sugar and cornstarch, and mix up with the rest of the milk once it begins to boil, stirring and then removing the pan from heat and letting cool

- Once cold, this mixture turns into a creamy texture used to glue two cookies together at the center, then it is passed through egg and fried.

- Finally we can sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon.
