INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for the marinade:
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- Chopped parsley
INDICATIONS
We put in the blender all the ingredients for the marinade y we leave the meat with mojo to soften up for a day. Then we fry the meat in olive oil until it is golden, and we strain off the olive oil. The marinade remaining after frying the meat is put in a caulder with a bit of water (2 spoons) to boil. Now we fry the potatoes and put them on a platter along with the fried meat, finally pouring the boiled marinade and sprinkling some chopped parsley on it.
