Banks: Banks are opened from 8:30 until about 14:00 / 14:30. In some cases they may be opened during the afternoon, but this is uncommon. You can exchange money both in banks and in airports.

In the harbour areas and "Barrio del Carmen" there are different times as they are the most visited and touristic areas in the city.

Street Markets:

All foreigners citizens not residing in a European Union country who spend more than €90.15 are entitled to a Value Added Tax (VAT) refund on their purchases in Spain.
